We're in the final stages of preparing for the next step in our lives together, as we begin our exit from the UK for a new life abroad. It's been a long time coming, a fair bit of planning, and more spreadsheets than either of us care to admit to. This may well be our last chance to see many of you before we go, so we'd love to see as many friendly faces as possible before it's too late.
It won't be a grand or glamorous affair. That's really not us. There'll be music, dancing, drink and laughter, and honestly, that's all we're after. No seating plans, no speeches nobody asked for, no awkward small talk over a starter you didn't choose. Just a good old knees-up with the people who matter to us.
We'll be playing the soundtrack of our relationship, so expect everything from strong female power ballads through to happy hardcore, with an hour of karaoke thrown in at the request of many of you (you know exactly who you are).

Get your song in early
We won't be taking karaoke requests on the night itself, mainly because we know how these things go and someone will inevitably try to hijack the mic for a twenty minute Bohemian Rhapsody. So we've built this lovely little website so you can put your request in ahead of time instead.
Give us your song now and we'll have it queued up and ready for you when the mic comes out. Whether you're a hidden gem, a karaoke veteran, or someone who's proudly, gloriously awful, get up and have a go. Nobody's judging (much). This is your one and only chance to finally do that duet you've been threatening us with for years.
There's parking on site, so no need to arrive by boat (although given the theme, we wouldn't judge you for trying). The car park is secured overnight, so feel free to leave your car and collect it in the morning once the gates reopen at around 8am.
Campervans are very welcome, but we need to know in advance, so please let us know in your RSVP. And if you're travelling from further afield and fancy making a weekend of it, there are a few decent places to stay in and around Bridgwater. Give us a shout if you'd like some recommendations.
Adults Only
This one's a grown-ups' night out. As much as we love the little ones, there'll be a late bar, loud music and questionable karaoke going well past bedtime, so please leave the kids at home and treat it as a proper night off.
Sort the childcare, dig out your dancing shoes, and come and celebrate with us.
What to Wear
Dress code is relaxed holiday and beach vibes. Think about what you'd be comfortable wearing away, be it shorts, flip flops, a summer dress or a nice linen suit. It's entirely up to you. We want everyone free to dance all night without wrestling with anything too formal or uncomfortable.
If in doubt, ask yourself what you'd wear during the evening of a beach holiday, and go with that.
Drinks & Sweet Treats
We won't be laying on a full spread, but there'll be a well stocked bar to keep you going all night, along with plenty of sweet treats to keep your energy up between songs.
Consider it fuel for the dance floor rather than a sit down meal, so you might want to grab something more substantial before you arrive.
Gifts
Please, no gifts. Honestly, the only thing we want from you is your company and your best (or worst) karaoke performance.
Given we're about to pack our entire lives into a couple of backpacks, the last thing we need is more stuff to find room for.
